IT planned around your business, with you involved
Good support depends on knowing how your business works. That starts with listening during onboarding and carries on every quarter after.
Onboarding, from your side
You can see every stage, and nothing changes until you've read the plan.
- Days 1–3
A free, read-only assessment
We look at your Microsoft 365 setup, devices, security and backups. Nothing changes, and you keep the findings whatever you decide.
- Days 4–7
A written plan
What needs attention, what can wait, and what is already fine. You read it, ask questions and decide.
- Days 8–21
A staged changeover
Admin access moves to us, the security baseline goes on, and devices are enrolled a few at a time. Staff get a one-page note.
- Day 22 onward
Settling in
Your IT reports, and a quarterly review: last quarter's projects summarised, your feedback gathered, the next projects lined up. Your current provider doesn't need to help.
A planning review every quarter
Plans change. The roadmap changes with them.
Each quarter we summarise the projects from the previous period and ask for your feedback. Then we talk through what's changing in your business: new staff, a customer asking security questions, laptops getting old. We bring what we've seen in your requests and IT reports.
Together we line up the projects for the following quarter. Projects are scoped and agreed before any work starts, so nothing arrives unannounced. Between reviews, your IT reports keep you up to date.
Working with the people you already have
We take full ownership of your IT rather than sharing it with someone on your team. Split responsibility leaves gaps in accountability and slows the response to threats and opportunities alike. If one of your team handles IT now, raise it with us early and we'll work out the handover with you.
For everyone else, the aim is that IT changes are easy to live with. Changes are staged, staff get a one-page note when something affects them, and we ask before interrupting anyone's day.
One point of contact for the technical suppliers
When the internet drops, the phone system misbehaves or your line-of-business software needs a fix, you shouldn't have to work out whose problem it is. We hold the account details, make the calls and follow it through with the vendor.
Recommendations that fit your business
There's no menu of packages to choose from. Every client gets the same service and security baseline, and the advice on top of that starts from your business: what you do, how your people work, what your customers and insurer ask of you, and what's coming next.
- If what you have is working, we'll say so and leave it alone.
- If a lower licence tier covers what someone needs, we'll suggest it.
- Hardware and licences are passed through at cost, so we gain nothing from overselling. See buying the right equipment.
- If we're the wrong fit for your business, you'll hear that before you sign.
Tell us how IT is going in your business.
What works, what doesn't, and roughly how many people you have. We'll reply with a straight answer about whether we're a good fit.
