Managed IT support, day to day
This is the part of IT your staff notice: someone who answers, already knows your setup, and stays with the problem until it's sorted.
What your staff can expect
- Plain language. Describe the problem however it makes sense to you. We'll ask what we need.
- A familiar name. Named engineers who already know your devices, accounts and quirks.
- Updates as we go, with a short explanation once it's fixed.
- No per-ticket billing, so nobody hesitates before asking for help.
The full journey of a request is on how support works.
How quickly we respond
- A whole team can't work: within 15 minutes.
- One person can't work: within 30 minutes.
- Everything else: the same business day.
Most issues are fixed remotely within the hour. When something needs hands on site in greater Melbourne, we book a visit.
The work you don't see
Patching, monitoring, device management and keeping your documentation current all happen in the background. The point of that work is fewer interruptions to your day, and your IT reports show what was done.
If someone looks after IT for you now
We don't share the job with an in-house person. We take full ownership, so it's always clear who is responsible and we can act straight away. Tell us who handles IT at the moment, and we'll talk through what a handover would involve. See how we work with your people.
Tell us how IT is going in your business.
What works, what doesn't, and roughly how many people you have. We'll reply with a straight answer about whether we're a good fit.
