How zero-markup resale works
- Microsoft licences are passed through at our Microsoft CSP price. You pay the same rate we do.
- Laptops and phones are supplied at our buy price, built and enrolled before they reach the desk.
- Every line is visible. You see the cost price on the invoice, not a bundled figure.
Why we do it this way
When a provider earns a margin on hardware and licences, every recommendation to buy something comes with a conflict of interest. Taking that margin away means our advice is only ever about what works for you. When a lower licence tier covers what you need, we recommend the switch, even though it earns us nothing.
Licence clean-up
Licences are reconciled every month, so you stop paying for staff who have left. The free IT review includes your current licence spend.
