Modern Workplace implementation, included
Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Windows Autopilot set up properly, documented, and kept that way. Implementation is part of the per-user fee, not a separate project invoice.
What a Modern Workplace means in practice
A Modern Workplace runs from the cloud instead of an office server. Staff sign in with one identity, work on managed devices, and reach their files from anywhere, with security applied the same way to every person and every laptop.
- Microsoft 365: mail, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, structured so people can find things.
- Intune device management: every laptop and phone enrolled, encrypted, patched and checked for compliance. A lost device can be wiped in minutes.
- Entra ID and Conditional Access: enforced multi-factor authentication, legacy sign-in methods blocked, and access rules that fit how your team actually works.
- Windows Autopilot: a new laptop ships straight to the person who will use it and sets itself up on first sign-in.
Implementation is in the price
Most providers quote the move to Microsoft 365 as a separate project. Ours is covered by the same $150 per user, per month. It is planned in stages, done out of hours where it touches people's work, and every setting is written down and handed to you.

We start with a read-only review of what you have, then move you across in stages. Your team receives a single page explaining what will change for them. See how getting started works.
