Who we are

itsupportprovider.com.au is operated by Jinba IT Pty Ltd (ABN 52 638 452 114), South Melbourne VIC 3205. IT Support Provider is a name Jinba IT uses for this website. Every enquiry sent through this site is received and answered by Jinba IT, which provides the services described here.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, business name and work email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to give it;
• the number of staff and the reason you selected; and
• your message.

Please don't include sensitive information, passwords or client details in the message. We don't need them to reply.

Your browser also sends some technical information. Our server records your IP address so we can block spam and limit repeated submissions. The form also passes along the page you sent it from and the website that referred you; we use these only while processing your enquiry and don't keep them.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, talk with you about our services and, if you ask, prepare a quote. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.

How your enquiry is handled and stored

The form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our web server, which is hosted in Australia. The server emails your enquiry to a Jinba IT mailbox in Microsoft 365, and that mailbox is the only place enquiries are kept. We don't use a CRM or any other software to store them.

These service providers handle your information on the way:

• Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Its Turnstile check helps confirm the form is being sent by a person.
• SMTP2Go delivers the email containing your enquiry.
• Microsoft hosts the Microsoft 365 mailbox where your enquiry is kept.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.

Some of these providers may process information outside Australia.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly needed for security and the spam check. The site also keeps a note of the first page you visited in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in the Microsoft 365 mailbox while we deal with your enquiry and for as long as we have a reason to keep a record of our correspondence with you. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. Server logs that contain IP addresses are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject line.

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a concern about how we have handled your information, email us at the same address and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
